Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds

  • More than 30 days before the departure date
    The customer is eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees charged by third-party service providers (including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, and tour operators).

  • Between 14 and 30 days before the departure date
    The customer may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the applicable supplier policies and incurred costs.

  • Between 7 and 14 days before the departure date
    Refunds may be issued at the Company’s discretion and are subject to non-refundable supplier fees.

  • Less than 7 days before the departure date
    No refunds will be issued.

General Conditions

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the official contact details provided on the website.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment service provider (including Mollie or Stripe) and the customer’s bank.

The Company acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel service providers and cannot guarantee refunds for services that are deemed non-refundable by such providers.
